You retain ownership of all content you upload to TOTL Agency (photos, videos, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.
All content provided by TOTL Agency, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@thetotlagency.com with details.
TOTL Agency facilitates connections between talent and clients. We are not a party to any agreements, contracts, or payment arrangements between users. All financial transactions, contracts, and legal agreements are solely between the talent and client.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTL AGENCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve (12) months, or $100, whichever is greater.

TOTL Agency is a platform that connects independent parties. No employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created between TOTL Agency and any user, or between users through the platform. Talent and clients are responsible for determining the nature of their working relationship and complying with applicable employment and tax laws.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TOTL Agency regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
